This very harmonious long drink combines the tangy fruity flavours of cranberry with the roundness of Grand Marnier® liquor. The cognac brings an aromatic complexity to this fruity mix.

Glass Highball glass

What you need

  •  1 part Grand Marnier® liquor (1.33oz)
  •  3 parts cranberry juice (4oz)
  •  Garnish :  1 slice lime
  •  Crushed ice

How to make it

  • In a tall glass, pour Grand Marnier® liquor over crushed ice. Fill up with cranberry juice. Squeeze a wedge of lime above the glass and add same wedge in the glass. Garnish with a slice of lime.

Mixologist's tip

Add seasonal berries for a deeper colour and a touch of bitterness.
