This subtle and refined coffee drink allows for all of the aromatic richness of the Citrus bigaradia orange to shine through.
- ¾ oz Grand Marnier® liqueur
- 1 hot espresso
- Whipped cream
- Combine the Grand Marnier® liqueur with the coffee. Top with lightly whipped cream and decorate with grated orange zest.
In order to make the cream topping, whisk the cream vigorously or shake in a shaker. Pour it gently over a spoon held above the glass.
